Take I-93 to Exit 28 - Waterville Valley Exit. Take Route 49 East. Turn right at the traffic light onto Route 175 South. Continue about one mile and turn left at the Family Village Market onto Winterbrook Road. Continue for 3 miles to the Waterville Estates Realty Office at 548 Winterbrook Road. The Waterville Birches TownHomes are off Weeping Birches Lane, less than a mile from the Realty Office.
